Article 1 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via beslisflow.nl. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Article 2 – The service
Beslisflow offers two products:
- Free mini-check — a short questionnaire (3 questions) with a personal mirror sent to your inbox, at no cost.
- Full Beslisflow (€19) — an in-depth questionnaire (10 questions) with a personal report sent to your inbox, generated from your answers using AI.
Beslisflow provides insight and reflection, not professional advice. The content of the report is not and cannot replace legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.
Article 3 – Pricing and payment
The price for the full Beslisflow is €19.00 including VAT. Payment is processed via Stripe. After successful payment, the questionnaire is immediately unlocked and you receive your report by email as soon as you have answered the questions.
Article 4 – Right of withdrawal
Please note: When you purchase the full Beslisflow, the digital content is made available immediately after payment. By paying, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and confirm that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The purchase cannot be withdrawn after delivery.
Despite the lapsed right of withdrawal, Beslisflow offers a satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your report, you will receive your €19 back without question. Email info@beslisflow.nl to request a refund.
Article 5 – Delivery
After payment you immediately gain access to the questionnaire. Once submitted, the report is automatically generated and sent by email, typically within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you do not receive it. For technical issues, contact info@beslisflow.nl.
Article 6 – Liability
Beslisflow endeavours to deliver a quality report, but does not guarantee specific outcomes or decisions. The report is a personal reflection based on your answers and AI analysis, and serves as a tool for self-reflection.
Beslisflow is not liable for damage arising from decisions you make based on the report. Beslisflow's total liability is in all cases limited to the amount you have paid.
Article 7 – Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We retain your email address and answers to generate the report and send any follow-up messages. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@beslisflow.nl.
Article 8 – Intellectual property
All content on beslisflow.nl — texts, design, prompts, and methods — is the property of Borders Telecom / Beslisflow. It is not permitted to copy, sell, or distribute this content without written permission.
The report you receive is for personal use. You may share it, but not use it commercially.
Article 9 – Complaints
Have a complaint? Email info@beslisflow.nl. We respond within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve it together, you may contact the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Article 10 – Applicable law
These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Gelderland, the Netherlands.
